2018 Father/Daughter Dance

Calling all princesses(…and their fathers). The Conneaut Center for the Arts invites to enjoy an elegant and enchanted evening with your special little girl.
The Conneaut Arts Center will be hosting their annual Father/Daughter dance on March 24, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The evening will include light finger foods, dancing, entertainment, candy bars and visits from various princesses. Call the Conneaut Arts Center today to reserve your tickets 440-593-5888. Price per couple is $30.00. Each additional child is $10.00. One free 4×6 photo is included for each pair who pre-registers for the event.

2018 Conneaut D-Day August 17-18, 2018

Mark your calendars! The 2018 D-Day event is scheduled to take place August 17 – 18, 2018. The beaches and Lake Erie shore in Conneaut, Ohio will be transformed into a living tribute to honor the veterans of WWII. If you haven’t had the opportunity to view this event – you are missing it. Rain or Shine, this the largest D-Day living history event in the country! The reenactment will feature over 1800 reenactors from across the country and even Canada! In 2016, D-Day organizers reported that they proudly hosted 150 WWII veterans at the event.

Come and be a part of this Admission FREE event and experience what people call the most realistic and educational D-Day reenactment of the WWII era.

The event occurs within the beautifully kept grounds of Conneaut Township Park, in Conneaut, Ohio. Just off Interstate 90 (Exit 241), 5 miles west of the Pennsylvania border, Conneaut is just about half way between Cleveland Ohio and Erie Pennsylvania. There’s plenty of free parking with speedy shuttles. *Entry is free but donations of any size are always appreciated as we are 100% funded by donations.
Though D-Day Conneaut is a very popular event, Conneaut Township park has plenty of room to comfortably stroll around and see amazing sites.

There is no onsite parking at the park. There are ample parking areas around town served by our speedy shuttles both Friday and Saturday. There is no shuttle service on Thursday. (Parking is available Thursday only on side streets around the event.)
Mobility impaired persons and veterans of WWII-Vietnam can park at the CN Dock Company on Day Street, which a wheelchair accessible van will frequent approximately every 15-20 minutes.

Raceway 7 Opens First Week of May

It’s a sign that summer may finally be on its a way. It RACE time in Conneaut! Grab a light jacket and head on over to Raceway 7 for a fun night of dirt track racing under the lights. The season opener is set to kick off on May 5, 2017. Can’t make it this Friday – that’s OK. Races are scheduled for EVERY Friday night through September.

Time: Gates open at 5:30 P.M. and Racing starts at 7:30 P.M.

Place: Raceway 7 is located on Route 7, south of I-90 in Monroe Township

Cost: General Admission tickets for Adults are $10.00 Kids: $5.00

Type of Racing: Raceway 7 is a dirt track featuring Crate Late Models, (E) Modifieds, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks and Economy Mods

Annual Conneaut Fish & Game Club Trout Derby

Bring the Kids for a fun day of fishing in Conneaut, Ohio.

The Conneaut Fish and Game Club, located at 80 Keefus Road in Conneaut, Ohio is a hosting its annual fishing derby. This is a FREE event for children age 3 to 15.

FREE fishing gear will be provided for each child. In addition, there will be prizes, lunch and more!
